Ms. Jasmine Stowe was raised in North Carolina and earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Wingate University. She began her teaching career in Union County Public Schools, where she developed a passion for fostering collaboration among teachers and supporting student success through effective instruction and a strong school culture.
Ms. Stowe earned an Ed.S. degree from Wingate University and has served in a variety of leadership roles focused on school improvement, instructional support, and teacher development. As principal of Wingate Elementary, she is committed to building a school community grounded in respect, belonging, and academic excellence.
A lifelong learner, Ms. Stowe believes that every child can achieve success when supported by dedicated educators and an engaged school community. She holds high expectations for staff, students, and families and works to ensure that Wingate Elementary provides a nurturing and structured environment where all students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Ms. Stowe values open communication and collaboration. She welcomes input from parents, teachers, and community partners and encourages families to reach out with questions or ideas that support Wingate Elementary’s shared vision for student success.
Deanna White is an assistant principal at Wingate Elemenary, committed to strengthening instruction, supporting teachers, and ensuring every student receives high-quality learning experiences. She brings expertise in EC compliance, MTSS, literacy and math intervention systems, and improvement science using the Plan–Do–Study–Act rapid cycle for continuous improvement.
Mrs. White is known for building clear systems that support teacher growth, improve student outcomes, and enhance schoolwide collaboration. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in education systems improvement science at Clemson University. Her work reflects a strong belief in continuous improvement and a student-centered approach to leadership.
